Air Roll

A very useful and under used piece of training equipment, that can be used for perfecting the form an position needed for back flips, back sumis, etc.

An integral part of your training regime. Our Air rolls are designed to help in providing safe support for your holding moves. Back flip, Core Exersises, etc

Standard sizes 1.2mtr long x 60cm dia or 1.2mtr x 80cm dia

As an approximate guide, average height up to 11 years the 60cm dia maybe better. If taller the 80cm would probably be better, but this is approximate, not exact. that is not to say that the 60cm will not be useful to a taller gymnast and vice versa.
